In the procedure of our retrofit, we found a special one — VW Touran.

We found we can definitely break the routine and make the retrofit of this type of car very simply and fast. We can find two versions of VW Touran on the market, one is high-class version, they came out from the car factory with HID projector, the other version is only with H7 halogen bulb inside and without projector inside.

According to this situation, we developed the replica kit of the original bracket to fix the projector and the OEM shrouds/ bezels of the high-class type VW Touran.

With this kit, when we do retrofit of VW Touran, we only need to do like following: 1. dismantle the headlight from the car, open the waterproof cover on the backside. Dismantle the reflect bowl with screwdriver. After that, we put the replica bracket we developed into the housing ( the size is definitely match with the car, and the screw hole is exactly same as the original, even if a fool can finish the retrofit very easily). Fix the projector onto the bracket, connect the power supply like: The power supply of the projector’s light control system, the input and output wiring harness of the ballast etc. When all the before mentioned procedure finish, we can cover the waterproof cover well.
