1、SET UP PROCEDURE
	You must disconnect the power source before you install it.Take off the original halogen bulb’s power source socket after the bulb totally cool down.
	Loosen the fixed clip of the lamp, and take off the original Halogen Lamp, change the same model HID lamp carefully (Normally use H1, H4, H7, 9005, 9006, please check the car contrast list). After that, please fix the fixed clip of the lamp well, and make sure the high voltage wiring outside the headlamp assembly.
	When installing HID xenon lamp, you should place the ballast in a drafty area to dissipate the heat, and easy to connect the wiring. (Don’t place the ballast near the engine, fans or water tank which will give out a lot of heat), each ballast need at least two screws for fixing.
	When connecting the wiring, please insert the anode and cathode of the high voltage wiring into the lock position of the AMP connector first to avoid the water into the high voltage connector. Then connect the low voltage wiring (DC 12V), the red wiring connect to the anode of headlamp’s power socket. Black wiring connect to the cathode of headlamp’s power socket. After that, please wrap the connector with heat-resistant adhesive tape more than four times; fix the wiring with nylon wire ties ( 6 PCS each set) to avoid the friction with the surrounding metal.
After the installation is done, please clean up the installation scene. Check the height of the light through light on experiment. Adjust the light to the appropriate position.

2、NOTE

①、We suggest you seek help from the professional staff of professional shop when you want to install HID xenon kit.
②、 When installing HID xenon lamp, please avoid scratching the bulb, don’t touch the glass part of the bulb with your bare hands to prevent scalded. Meanwhile the smut on your hand will make the glass tube dirty and affect the life-span of the bulb.
③、 The high voltage wiring of the ballast and bulb should be very clean when installing, dirty high voltage connector will lead to creepage and you will meet start-up difficulties; After you install the high voltage wiring, you should fix it with Nylon wire ties in order to avoid the friction with surrounding metal.
④、When choosing HID, we suggest you choose color temperature not exceeding 6000K, as you will find the light is a little bit blue and too glare; it will affect the sight of other vehicles. Meanwhile, the penetration performance in the fog days is very poor.
⑤、 We suggest you install HID in the low beam position. As the luminance of HID is more than 3 times of normal halogen bulb, if you install it in the position of high beam, it will severely effect the safety operation of other drivers who is meeting you from the opposite orientation, it will be very dangerous.
