I. Warranty claim:
1. As a non-retail original manufacturer, Taclights™ does not accept direct Warranty Claims from individual customers.
2. UrnaBEAM™ Warranty terms as following:
A. LED & reflector assembly: 3 year
B. Rechargeable batteries: 180 days
3. Any complaints of the buyer shall only be considered if received from the distributors /
dealers of UrnaBEAM™, and buyer's warranty claims are limited to rectification or replacement at our choice.

II. Liability:
1. Consequential damage, or tortuous liability for damages of any kind is excluded.
2. UrnaBEAM™ shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder that may be due to any circumstances whatsoever beyond control by the company.
