With this type of D2S socket, if you want to do retrofit of the car whose original bulb model is D2S/D2R/D2C, but you don’t have ballast with D2 socket, it will be still very easy to do retrofit. It can replace the seal rubber cover of the original car. It was designed to be flexible, high temperature resistant, and the quality of the material is very stretchy, will never dehisce. The outer diameter is 9.5cm, Inner diameter is 7.5cm, and height is 2.6-4.3cm (It can be extend)

Dig a hole on the original plastic seal cover and add this outside this hole. Outer diameter is 6.5cm, Inner diameter is 5.3cm, and height is 4.5cm.
