Original BMW E46 ZKW D2S BiXenon HID headlight Projectors(work in both modes, low and high beam). No scratches on lenses. Come with bulb holders/retainers and wirings for high beam solenoids.

As the original reflect bowl of this projector is made of plastic, it’s the drawback of the original design. After long time use, it will be like this:

the light will be not as bright as before, when the driver drive at night, it will be dangerous and bring a lot of inconvenient.

1. Tear down your headlamp.
2. Open the headlamp (It’s easy to open it, as the design of E46 ZKW’s headlamp is good, not use glue, they have lock, only need to open the lock clip is ok)
3. Tear down the original burned projector
4. Use the FX-R projector we suggest, fix them to the position of original projector
5. Connect all the wire harnesses
6. Done
