Now we are talking about the headlamp made by AL. The OEM projector of BMW E46 with the AL headlamp use AL Single beam xenon D2S projector. After long time use, the reflect bowl of this projector will be burned out and become unclear, the output light will be darker and darker, it’s very dangerous to drive at night under this condition.

When the car owner face to this kind of problem, they will go ahead to consult with the local car dealer. The dealer will tell you, you should go ahead to buy two new complete headlamps. And of course, the cost will be very high.
